Who we are

TeaFits is a brand of OhDelices LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean OhDelices LLC.

This policy covers the TeaFits online store at www.teafits.com. OhDelices LLC also operates other brands, including OhDelices Creative and OhDelices Culinary Academy. Those are separate services with their own customer relationships, and shopping with TeaFits does not enroll you in anything from them.

We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

What we collect

Information you give us when you order. Your name, email address, shipping address, and the contents of your order. If you contact us, whatever you choose to include in that message.

Payment information - which we do not see. Card numbers and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number.

Information collected automatically. If you have not opted out, we collect basic usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, items added to a cart, page scroll completion, outbound links clicked, file downloads, embedded-video engagement, and general device and browser information. We use this to understand which products and pages people find useful.

What we deliberately do not collect. We do not collect your search terms as free text, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels on this store.

Where checkout happens

When you check out, you are taken from www.teafits.com to checkout.ohdelicescreative.com to complete your purchase. That shared checkout domain belongs to OhDelices LLC, the company that operates TeaFits, and is used by both TeaFits and OhDelices Culinary Academy because the brands share one Shopify commerce and payments system. TeaFits opens the shared checkout in English; the Culinary Academy can continue to use its own intended language.

Your order and payment are handled the same way regardless of which of our domains you see.

We share information only with service providers who need it to run the store:

Shopify - our commerce platform. Handles carts, checkout, payments, and order records.
Printify - our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. Receives what is needed to make and ship your order, including your shipping address.
Cloudflare - hosts and delivers the website.
Google Analytics - receives usage data as described above, unless you have opted out.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Some US state privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly enough to include certain analytics and advertising arrangements even when no money changes hands. To be clear about our position: we do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with advertising networks. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before doing so and offer you a way to opt out.

Your choices

Opting out of analytics. Select Privacy choices in the footer of any page. Opting out stops future analytics collection and clears the identifier stored on your device. It does not delete data already collected - for that, make a request using the contact details below.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, future analytics, targeted advertising, and data sharing are off automatically. You do not need to do anything else.

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store will still work, though your cart may not persist.

Your rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
Get a copy of that information
Correct information that is wrong
Delete your information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising
Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
Appeal, if we decline a request

We will not deny you products, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Making a request. Email privacy@teafits.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will need enough information to confirm who you are and to find your records - usually the email address you used to order. We will respond within the time your state’s law requires, generally 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.

If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to that response. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

How long we keep information

Order records: kept as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and refunds, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Analytics data: retained for 14 months. The identifier stored on your device for analytics expires after 30 days.

Messages you send us: kept as long as needed to resolve your question.

Children

This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections across the entire store and checkout, and keeping payment processing with providers who specialize in it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

This store is intended for customers in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and post the revised policy here before the change takes effect.
